Text & Data Tools
Utilities for text, code, and data — counters, converters, formatters, and more. No install, no sign-up.
About these text and data tools
These are the small utilities developers, writers and anyone who works with text reach for every day: counting words, formatting JSON, testing a regular expression, comparing two versions of a document, generating a password or checking a file's hash. They run in your browser, so what you paste in is not sent to a server, which matters when the text is a password, a token or a draft you have not shared yet.
Treat any online tool with care when it handles secrets, including this one. The password generator uses your browser's secure random number generator and nothing it creates is stored or logged, but a password is only as safe as where you keep it, so store generated passwords in a password manager rather than in a note or a message.
